I have no idea regarding RCC but It seems like there was a security update a while back that catches most bot activity now. It's definitely much better than it was a few years back.

There's also a function that didn't used to exist on forums called "one touch ban and clean" which is a great asset. It saves having to search content for multiple user-names/ accounts/ spam. Allows a mod/ admin to get rid of a whole mess all at once.

No idea what RCC is using but keeping a forum clean is easier than it used to be... depending on the blocking/ security software.
