My Wife is from Scandinavia. We do some Crazy food sometimes.

Today we eat Scandinavian Greaser food. HAHA. Yes this is true.

Scandinavian Greasers drive old US Cars like Plymouth. Cadillac
and they eat often fast food when they are out.

This food is Scandinavian Greaser King Meal



Looks nasty, but i promise it tastes really good

Mashed Potatoes. Raksallad=scandinavian shrimp salad. Meatballs, Mini Hotdogs.

This Raksallad is awsome to hotdogs with mashed potato or potato fries.

We had great Chinese restaurant here. After Covid19 something happen.
It was very popular before. Today almost no one eat there anymore sadly.
Taste not good anymore.

So we have learn how to do great Chinese food self home.
And this save alot money. Cook food home. Avoid restaurant.
More money left over to RC.s

Here is todays home made Chinese Fried Jasmine Rice
with
Stir-Fry Beef and Bamboo Shoots with Oyster Sauce



Very easy and fast do this. Left over rice 2days old stir with egg, peas, carrot, fish sauce.

Sweet Healthy Smoothie (sugar free)

Milk 1% low fat, you can have more fat if you need.
Mixed Berries. Wymans frozen triple berries, or similiar another brand.
Stevia Berry drops (sweetener) 10 drops

Mix with Mixer




These you can buy in Wallmart in US also





2 persons. big smoothies

about 15oz milk
about same amount frozen berrier 15-20oz
10 drops berry stevia mix. 1oz bottle last long time.

I take this everyday mostly, minium 6days / week

No Pics, already ate it. Local Chinese Restaurant for Snow White Chicken. YUM. Had it for lunch and the portions are UGE, so I had enough for Dinner as well.

tomorrow for Lunch, I'm having Coney Dogs with Home Made coney sauce. Made that Tuesday night so it should be really yummy by tomorrow.
