Best scale trail truck beater

Ok, so after watching the scale stuff on here I've got the itch to build again (the pti is done, for now). Went to home depot today and got stuff for suspension bridge, and will be spending the next week building a nice little trail area up the hill behind my house in evergreen. At any rate, I am in the need of a nice scaler build to use on my little scale road, any ideas, Has anyone used the tamiya f150 kit?
