I went to MN to drive on Frozen lakes with Audi Club North America. It was freakin sweet!! Snow/Ice is awesome w/ AWD! Go play :mrgreen:

yeah, i joined the Audi Club....they gave me a some cool stickers too :)

i haven't attended any events yet. mostly because i've been fixing my car on and off for the better part of a year. new block, new head, new pumps, new lines, new everything.

but now it's running strong, gonna try to do some mystery drives here in CO or some bigger events other places.

They're a GREAT bunch. Lots of very motivated people.

I've been to a few events, one of which was Laguna Seca. I got to ride in an S2 (not sold in the US) with 400+ HP, huge slicks, full out race car. That sucker turned so hard I got dizzy just from being in the passenger seat.

oooOOOooooohhhhh S2 huh? that's my favorite car. i've been thinking of turning my Coupe Quattro into one of those. all I need is 15 grand........

i've made myself sick through the mountains here a few times. high performance tires + AWD.......

Its a wonderful little vehicle. He has LOADS of cash into it. Sooo much fun though.

And yes, its just money :lol: I HIGHLY reccomend going to some of the schools they offer. You will be a MUCH better driver because of it, and I can say that going to those schools has entirely changed my driving style. It really is a life changing experience if you make the best of it. I know several people who have avoided serious wrecks because of their experiences on the track.
