|  CUTTING HELP!!!!
i need some help how should i cut plexi glass and lexan sheets about 1/4 inch what should i use??? also what should i use when cutting sheet metal???? thanx alot

jig saws are nice because their cheap like $20 and will cut just about anything. Just get a cheap one at menards mine was a $15 Tool Shop saw. The saws look like this: http://www.toomanytools.com/product_...3f3c2494fad306 |

Just make sure you get a really fine toothed blade or else you will have rough cuts.

yeah like adam said, the more teeth you have on the blade, the smoother the cut

and dont forget to put maskin tape on both sides of the area to be cut. It will help reduce the chance of cracking.
