get a 92+ civic hatch, do a b18 swap, and it hauls, and still saves on fuel.

Yep, 16 MPG seems like a great deal when shopping for something that is cheap on gas. Forget the 30+ MPG Civic, the OLD A$$ 4.9L Ford is where it's at!!!!

exactly. its what i wanted, its what i got, it does what i want, and no troubles so far. plus i only put 4 grand total for the whole thing. instead of 20 k+ for a civic that wont even haul a single hay bail in the trunk. when i can stack 42 hail bails on my flat bed.

I'm not going to have a very practical car. I am getting a Jeep, which doesn't get much mpg. But it's a Jeep and i like it. I'm sure it will haunt me later though. :-(

Good grief, do you understand those little letters on the screen at all? There's a little thing called R > C > P. Read > Comprehend > Post.

Only in that order and you may not skip to the 3rd until the first 2 are done.

Holy crap! 16 gallons per mile! That's when you know you need to do something!

Personally i would get a 4 cylinder jeep or a bronco II. They're both pretty good offroad bases and i know the bronco II can get over 20 mpg.

The mustang would definitely not be a good idea. even if you got a four cylinder mustang, which gets about 25 mpg, the insurance would kill you.:-(

let me tell you somethin you didnt notice.

he didnt mention if he wanted a truck, a 4x4, or anything of that sort. i was just sayin that I wanted a truck that was 4x4 and flatbed for farm rig. i was givin him another option if he wanted a 4x4 truck.

maybe you should also read my posts to before ya go and complain to me about what i typed.

i have an idea... why dont we just stop talking about what i typed because we're ruining the thread.
