Default Propane fire forces evacuations, halts flights at Salt Lake International Airport 6/6

A Propane tank used for training fire fighters has burst into flames at Salt Lake International Airport. Crews expect the tank to explode and all flights to and from the airport have been halted. For more on this story, stay tuned to ABC 4 News.

edit these are 12,000 gallion tanks btw and if blow up they will leave a nasty *** crater in the ground

Um...there's a word for times like this.

Irony.

Makes me wonder what went wrong for a group of firefighters to not be able to handle a training situation.

There'd have to be a bundle of guys on hand that have gone though the scenario tons of times.

If they've evac'd the area hopefully there aren't any firemen there fighting the thing...

its not a training situation
thay have backed off of it and just set the trucks to continuosly stay on the fire
and how the hell could some one get thrue a highly barbed whire fence like a prisons?
