| Propane fire forces evacuations, halts flights at Salt Lake International Airport 6/6
A Propane tank used for training fire fighters has burst into flames at Salt Lake International Airport. Crews expect the tank to explode and all flights to and from the airport have been halted. Um...there's a word for times like this. Irony. Makes me wonder what went wrong for a group of firefighters to not be able to handle a training situation. There'd have to be a bundle of guys on hand that have gone though the scenario tons of times. If they've evac'd the area hopefully there aren't any firemen there fighting the thing... |
