When I was a kid my aunt and uncle in Flordia had a golf cart thing they called a swamp buggy, looked a lot like that. Not as big though.

Whatever it is, it just made mini pin tires look scale.

I think it might be a UAZ, the G60 patrol is similar, but not quite the same.

Yep looks like something russian. And setup for snow driving, ah Siberia. Looks like someone has spent some time widening the body though. This is hte first pics of a GAZ I have seen done like that. Have seen some Landrover Defenders done. Gives them a nice wide stance for running 40"+ tyres.
