take a torx with you to home depot, find a nut that threads on to it than buy a bolt that threads into that nut the same length as the torx, duh!

also make sure you use the right size torx bit and its fully seated in the head before torqueing it out, then yes, you will strip it.

sounds like you have the wrong size torx driver for the application. Ive never stripped one

You might want to invest in a Chilton's manual from your local auto parts place. Has all that stuff listed, and instructions on how to do most of the things you will be doing.

I got one fender off and built, the other one I need some smaller nuts to make the flare mount onto the fender. Then ill do that+put the inner wheel well flap back on.

Then I need to paint the fenders and flares. and put that on, and put the grill on.

Itll look a little stupid, being im painting it for temp.

Later on plan is get the whole thing painted by maco (Dad & I do prep work, they shoot it. I am thinking dark grey)

Im guessing you didnt put the fender flares back on, and just bondo'd up the holes?

What did you do to the back?
Also what size tires+lift?

Did you use the inner wheel well mud flaps that attach to teh fender?
