|  anyone have any info ???
I bought a TXT on E-bay almost a month ago and the guy still has not sent me an E-mail with the shipping info or anything! Does anyone know of a guy by the name of "RCBUYERANDSELLER" he also has an E-mail of "WHOLESALEBYJOSH" @ *****, anyone delt with or know this guy? What should I do?

Did paypal and left nuetral feedback- told him that i was sending negative feedback and contacting e-bay on monday if I didnot hear from him
