Default Anyone own 30's Hotrods ?

heres a pic of my 32 pontiac . it was a X-mas present to my Dad but he is wrenched out so now its mine. it needs rear fenders , if anybody knows where a set is ?

it has the original drivetrain that I'll be selling to make way for more modern gear.

Cool project. You could always just go fenderless for that hiboy look. i also think you should leave the flat black paint because nothin says fast like flat black!

I also have an 80 chevette with a Buick grand national 3.8 L , th350 , 8" ford rear that fits very tight. so I may run that for a year and pull the drivetrain for the 32 . my dad says sell the 32 but Id kick myself for sure.
when I get my own garage I'll start on the pontiac.

since its a 4-door I think I'll go fenders.

Have been known to have a few around the house. Be a man and cut it up. No Fenders, chopped top, shaved handles, the works.

Rockracer1,
I like it!!, should look sweet when you get it done.. Your right, needs the fenders but I went for the chopped, shaved look too..

Gotta love 4-door sedans. Most folks overlook them for 2 doors and vick's.

Heres my driver. 3,400 miles on it since it was finished 4 months ago.

Last week at work

Saturdays car show w/my sons Bronco and my 440 M-code cuda

Default Time to work on the Rat.

alot has gone on since this thread has started.
got a house with a big garage (4 cars fit with walking room) and found some rear fenders for the '32 (there 36 chev truck fenders and fit perfect)
.
Now Im looking doing some mild work to the 32.
I was looking at the fromt I-beam axle and wondering what (newer) brakes would fit on the stock spindles ? ( if possible)

I logged on to Ol'SkoolRods.com but it wont let me post.
if anyone has any info or links that would be great.
