Man I go in to see the Doc here in 8hrs... Need to get some rest. I just know it's from drinking way to much Mt.Dew and not enough water. But I'll wait and see what he says.... hopefully I'll be a lucky one and this will be it...

And, I've had four stones removed via surgery over the years...passed
countless others on my own. All mine were potassium based. Looked
like little burrs....(makes my nads ache just remembering it).

Last one was 4mm

Stones suck, I get couple every few years. Last round I had 4 at one time, 2 of them where jelly bean shaped 4mm x 6mm, the others were around 4mm. They look alot like grape nuts cereal. Went through 2 rounds of the sonic busting, spent 2 months with a stent (1mm tube that ran from the kidney to the bladder) and not being able to lift anything over 20lbs, in the third month hard one big chunk that just refused to pass; so they went and pulled it out, yes they pulled it out and went north to get it. at least I was asleep for that, I was awake though when they took the stent out, its a weird feeling, but I recommend avoiding it.

Mine are all calcium based, as long as I stay on the path of the 2:1 ratio of water to what ever else I drink I do ok. When I don't, that dull ache in the small of the back starts to creep in. I start sucking water down as fast as I can stand it.
