It would be helpful if the admins of websites, could (I mean WOULD) block IP addresses as soon as they knew it was a School's computer!

(Hell; I'd be a mod just to check on those types of things!!! Ban... Ban... Ban... Triple ban... )

Kid's on computers (online) during School hours, now

Try to learn something this round, ok guys?
LOL!!! - Yes, PLEASE DO. Don't waste the time you spend in school, the real world will be so much easier to deal with if you apply yourself and get all you can out of it. And in this day and age, if you don't go to college you are at a big disadvantage in the work force. Unless you're ok with blue-collar menial labor type stuff. Even in that world, trade schools or a Tech college is the way to go vs. jumping right into the workforce out of high school. It's a different world today compared to when I went to school.

IMO kids in America have it soft. First off there's practically a "no-fail" policy in most schools nowadays. And you get 3 months off in the summer to backslide and forget. That is a throwback to old times when folks needed their kids help on farms and whatnot. It's a detriment in this day and age.

Kids in Japan go to school year round, and they are much better off in the long run. With the fast pace and competitive nature of America today (especially Corporate America) kids need to go to school year round, no time off...

I can't do anything but laugh when I read this thread.

I'm a journalist and while I never claim to be perfect (trust me, the paper I produce gets plenty of proof reads) but in this one thread I've seen the most bad grammer then I have seen in months of reading this forum.

It's quite entertaining. :-)

Keep up the good work.

hehe not really, just because they have longer hours doesn't mean they are learning more....all the same problems as in the U.S.(minus the guns) but add Japanese culture and you get some really messed up school systems.
