Another "rock crawler" on ebay

I think it is sooooo funny when people who have no clue what they are doing build a "crawler"

This crawler is about 3 years behind its time.

Everyone knows that the most flex and ground clearance possible makes the best crawler.

ColquittCustom405 08-06-2007 12:35 AM

the average joe that is getting into the hobby doesn't realize that you don't need 90 degrees of articulation and 'soda can' ground clearance. that's why they buy crap like this. they simply just don't know any better.

ian48065 08-06-2007 11:35 AM

Or someone actually might want that?

There is a market for anything, and he obviously knows how to make something that a select few want and get a giant profit out of it.

If it goes for around the starting price, I don't think it is too bad of a deal. It needs some work, but it has a decent foundation to it.

truckerbuddy2 08-06-2007 05:49 PM

i like the ground clearance... but i dont like the way he got the axles angled... dont look like it would be good with the steering rods facin the ground... but what do i know.. i dont got no 800 dolar rigs... lol..

Shaun 08-06-2007 06:50 PM

That thing will never handle well on the rocks. Its so obvious it needs more ground clearance.
