Default Built a tube bumper for my Toyota

Spent my entire weekend working on this.... Just finished painting it tonight, I will be testing it out this weekend

I needed protection from those pesky rolling shopping carts!

Here is a picture of the lower bracket before I built the bumper. It is a two piece design, both pieces are 1/4" steel. The red plate was welded to the cross member as it was to rusty to hold up to much abuse. Then the black plate is bolted onto it. The parts were cut on a CNC plasma cutter.

that bumper really looks good, i would take off the orange lights and put em elsewhere. but who cares thats a cool bumper. what are those tires specifically i havent seen the center lugs so close together like that. how do you like them? any bad road noise?

Don't tempt me anymore then I have tempted my self already!! Actually I would spend the money on a dual transfer case setup before doing a sas. I am finding that my gearing is limiting me more then the IFS is.

Did you already buy a Grand Cherokee? I owned one for a while, not real fond of the newer ones. My dad has one and they offroad worse than my Liberty. (Saying that, I'm pretty happy how the Libby does.)
