If he refused the mail, didn't sign for it, wont you get the MO back? Return to sender? Will the bank that issued it refund your money? It hasn't been used/cashed right? I sent one out on an ebay deal and it got lost in the mail. I called the bank with all my info and they were able to track the MO to see that it had not been used/cashed. They just cancelled it to be safe and cut me another. Good to go... |

Yep i have already printed off all the e-mails between them i have his name,adress and where he cashed the mo at. now i just have to wait for my dad to call the pd and get a report going.
