1:10 Hard Bodies available at...

Toys R' Us in case anyone is interested... They have 1:10 Jeep Wrangler/Rubicons along with Grand Cherokee's and FJ Cruisers...

Post pics and links. Most of us get bodies from toys r' us.

Toys R' Us Does not list them on their website. I just did a search for radio control and nada... However, my local TRU had 5 or 6 of the 1:10 Jeep Wranglers/Rubicons, 2 or 3 of the 1:10 Jeep Grand Cherokee's, and TONS of 1:10 FJ Cruisers...

Jeep Cherokee (non Grand edition) scale unknown..?

I'm no Jeep guy but I don't think that's a Cherokee, close though. I think it's one of the newer models they made once they figured out they screwed up by going to the Liberty and dropping the XJ.

It's a Jeep Commander. They did screw up by dropping the XJ. Wish they still made them. Than I could replace mine when the time comes.

I'd spend $60 on the Commander body vs $1000 for a XJ.I'm not ballin' like 1BJB:)

Thorsteenster 08-11-2007 11:24 PM

I want to get a couple of those New Brights and make an Unlimited Wrangler.

braceysdad 08-11-2007 11:25 PM

word

clodstall 08-12-2007 06:00 AM

more specs anyone?

obijuan 08-12-2007 09:52 AM

just go to TRU and check it out. the cherokee and jeep are huge and a good 2.2 body. they also have an enourmous tundra for a 1/6 build. the yota cruisers are in blue and yellow and have alot of stickers on em it looks like.

obsession4x4 08-12-2007 01:13 PM

Those (toy) bodies seem well made and have also a good scale look. And for that price...
Why bodies made for the R/C "professional" cars have to cost tons of
money, while bodies made for toys cost few $$???

WVB 08-12-2007 02:52 PM

Our local TRU did not have the Jeep Commander, I was only able to find it online... But would love to find out the scale/size of the Commander. Working lights, horns, etc. Even has motorized doors that open via remote... Very nice scale looking for sure..!

I am heading over there now. I will take pictures if they have one, or maybe I will buy it.

Harley 08-12-2007 06:25 PM

closed :-( freaking Sundays

PaloAltoK5 08-12-2007 07:40 PM

just an Fyi, they say 1/10th scale, but are actually closer to 1/12 as far as wheelbase and width are concerned.

Harley 08-12-2007 08:26 PM

Thats what they Ernhart silverado was too but it still makes a nice scale hardbody. It is just nice to mix it up a little, it kind of sucks to see the same thing all the time.
