Part of your job is explain to the idiots whats going on. Its called customer service. If they can't figure out what you said, you still have to keep a cool head. A business will go a lot farther if you can explain things like you have mentioned above. You are going to have Idiots man... There are far too many of them in the world. But running an automotive shop as it sounds like you do, You have to smile at the idiots! Attitude goes a long way in bring back customers. I am not saying you did not handle the situation right. I am just saying, thats what you signed up for! Love it or leave it! |

No, I know you were not whining... Its just CRAZY how people can't understand things.... Then you got the people who think you are trying to pull something on them just because they don't understand whats going on!! It gets frustrating! Gotta vent somehow! Wheelin always works for me. I don't care what went down.... Hitting a "Difficult" 4x4 trail in 2wd and dominating everything sets everything right! |

Dont feel bad man I know how you feel I deal with idiots ALL day. we all have to vent sometimes or we would end up going crazy. I know there have been times I just wanted to jump over the counter and squeeze the stupid out of someone thats what sucks about running a business.
