You are correct that is a great looking FJ. Not that complicated to replicate either it appears.

Tim could actually do that to his with a little work. He already has the BFG A/Ts (like on my Libby now) and the lift.

I'll agree it's awesome looking, and can perform decently in a "non race" functionality...but performing as a race vehicle in this stockish form...I have serious doubts. I was involved in getting one of these back in the race during the 500 a couple months back, and let me tell ya...the front suspension on those need to be upgraded to something more stout...or more specifically, the steering knuckles

Haha...it's only one number off what ours was...might be bad luck for them.

Now if someone would rework the front suspension so that it could spec into class 3, then it would have a great chance of doing very well....if nothing else, at least finishing.

Are you talking about THE factory team that was making their way around the US, or are you talking about this particular truck? We got to wheel with the factory team (in the completely stock rigs) twice here in AZ, and I was actually quite impressed on how well they did on some of the trails. Not that they could do alot of the interesting lines due mainly to the clearance, but I thought they handled themselves respectfully on the majority of the trails.
