Yep, High Mobility Multiple Wheel Vehicle. The ones in the Hulk are Bummers (you can see the pumkins when they are taking Banner into the hanger.) They are talking about replacing the Hummer with this new vehicle, it is more like an APC, but on wheels. It has some thick freaking plexi!
