| E-Maxx Gorilla Maxx Chassis, what do you think of it?
I was just looking at these Gorilla Maxx E-Maxx chassis ( http://www.gorillamaxx.com/ ), and thought it would be a cool upgrade. I would like to know what your opinions are on it.

Yeah... I am thinking of getting one for my emaxx because I suffer from CLSA (cant leave sh*t alone). I think it might be pretty good for bashing, but since I do race, and plan on racing my E-Maxx, I think it would be good for that too.

| two words YEAH RIGHT!! being only 15, I have no real access to the tools/machines I need to do that. Otherwise, I would. But anyway, what do you all think of one of those Gorilla Maxx E-Maxx chassis? I am really considering ordering one with the next 48 hours. |

All you need is a dremel and some brains, good luck on finding the brains.

Ok if you plan "bashing" around with the gorilla maxx chassis you might want to reconsider your choice. That chassis is made for racing. I personally had one and raced all last summer with it . Mine was fully loaded . Except I wasn't able to run a brushless set up or lipo's. Me and my buddy made custom shock towers , custom knuckles , custom 8mm cvd's , custom diff cases , custom 1/8 scale diffs. Oh and a custom 2 speed center diff that I found on ebay. If you drop the money on the chassis really take your time and save the money and get all the goodies. Around here they don't push ep mt that much . And everyone who runs in the class are all the same people . (I think there are 4 or 5 of them ) So yes that is a GOOD chassis , just don't bash with it cause your going to ruin the integrady of the chassis . |

I have and love this chassis...... I have the ULTRA RARE blue carbon fiber edition, OH YEA ITS SWEEEEEEEEEEET i also have the g3 arms the optional motor mount, x braces, skid plates, long wheel base setup and the alum skid and upper plate conversion. I love this truck for speed!!!! Thats about it, its not a great basher base due to the fact that the parts to replace are very expensive. Do yourself a favor and go a different avenue with this, something a little beefier will best suit your purposes

Thanks guys, I was getting close to buying that. I do race, but I bash alot too, and since you all think its not great for bashing, well, Im not going to buy it. What do you all think of the Fast Lane Machine chassis though?
