I had problems one time with them also. I ordered some items with the fastest shipping and they never sent me a tracking number. i contacted them and i also was treated like a moron saying they never sent tracking numbers??? WTF?? I replied with a very nasty email. At the end they never shipped the items ans charged my credit card. They ended up sending new items fast without charging me the shipping and refunding my previous shipping charge!!

But I know how you feel. When they screw up something in their award winning customer support they seem a bit arrogant about it.

i personally like the old school yota body over this version. the old version had interior and such vs where this version just has glass... i wont be buyin one... like i need another project anyways.
