First the used.

Second the new.

I am planning on one of these.....Gonna use my stock electronics out of my Wheely King....RTR uses the same 27T Saturn. It can be setup for drifting or touring.

TT01's are kinda shitty, so I'd go with the hpi.

But if you can find a TL01, that's the cats ass as far as drifting goes.

Neither of them have adjustable suspension (caster, camber, toe-in/out, etc.) I'd go with the new car, but that's just how I am. Unless you know the used car and it's owner, that is. Either are going to be well supported parts-wise I'd guess.

My "drifter" is an RS4 converted to rear wheel drive only electric. 19t Venom can, Mtroniks RV15 esc. 35/81 gears. It's damn fun on indoor concrete floors. I need a set of hard tires for it now...

For drifting you don't need all that adjustability. 0* camber, 0* toe. Soft springs in the front, softer in the rear, 1 set of ABS tires.

I don't know how you drift an RC w/2wd, I find that hard to believe.

Takes some practice, but I use my Tamiya M03 Miata.

I'm going to go ahead and set the MRS4 up for drifting again.

Found all the parts in a parts box. Picked up a couple sets of rims from tower hobbies. Dropped a stock mini t motor in her. Plan on running a 6 cell pack. Gotta drop by the hobby shop tomorrow for deans and maybe a ae-86 body if they have one.

Pics.

Only two screws holding on the front end, lol.

Sorry for the quality of the pictures.

Let me know what you think, I've been debating about retiring my Electric 4-Tec since the graphite chassis I have on it has been disco'd and was looking at that one.
