| Do you live in Milan, TN? I'm not too far from you.... born and raised in Huntingdon. I live in Paris now. Sorry. Don't know of any good hobby shops in the Gatlinburg area. |

Yeah, Milan TN is correct!! I race 8th scales and my son races a crt .5, but other than some indoor in nashville, we are pretty much done until spring. I ordered me an ax-10 and I think I will get him a whellyking, and do a little work to it. We are almost ready to build a race track in Milan, we are waiting on final approval from the mayor to build a rc track in the Milan city park. We should know something for sure by next week! |

Well I can't tell you about any hobby shops but there a ton of good places to crawl on lake cherokee. I was down there last weekend and had a blast. With the water level down there are tons of rocks showing.

| Go to Cades Cove and do some crawling. I meet up with Raytard one time up in Pigon Forge and we played with Nylints. LOL. Had a blast though. He may be able to meet you there and do wheeling man if you got a crawler.

I've never crawled up that way but have heard there are some great places. If you get up my way(Sunbright,TN) let me know. Your welcome to crawl at my rock garden. |

Actually it's my wifes aunt who lives like 20 miles south of there. I'll find out when she wants us to be there. She wants to give my wife some family heirloom before she dies. That would be a good excuse for me to get away.:-P

But since you race you'll probably like the K-town hobby-clown. Take the Lovell rd. exit & go to the So. side of I-40. in the Turkey Creek shopping center (it's next to H.H. Gregg) Quote:

RC Compound is a BIG racing shop as well Most of their customers are racers. BUT,they do support crawlers and will get anything you need. | |
