Default Democrats Deny Stephen Colbert

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com...no-to-colbert/

Looks like Colbert won't be running in South Carolina after all

What really makes me angry about this whole thing is that they voted 13-3 to keep Colbert out but Kucinich and Gravel made it in by landslides

You can still write him in as your vote if you're really that upset about it.

He is a very smart guy, and I like a lot of what he says, but to take comedy that far, come on.

I'm not 100% sure it was for comedy-Obviously he featured it on his show, but probably only because he had to do the show instead of campaign. The fact that he is a comedian deffinitely puts his seriousness into question, but actors have been elected to office before.

If Chuck Norris were on the ballot, would you vote him in? I would, even though it is pretty stupid to do so.

It's a publicity stunt. Think of how many more people are going to watch his show because of all the extra attention, both good and bad.

I wouldn't vote for him, he is a peon of Jon Stewart. I would vote for Jon Stewart, or John Madden!

The Democrats don't need him, they get enough laughs from Kucinich
