wmv to mp4 converter?

anyone know a good program that can convert wmv to mp4(quicktime)?

MP4 isn't a Quicktime format, it's a further compressed MP3 with video and audio capabilities.

Although it kinda deals with PSP's and Ipod's, its still MP4.
Also Google'ing turned up numerous hits.
