Oh, that's the HETT, or Heavy Equipment Transport Truck, or Tractor. It was featured on Mail Call. It has an on-board chemical-weapon cabin air filter, no AC (that must really suck in Iraq), and a central tire inflation system. I didn't remember the model number, but I remembered what it was. It reminds me of the rig used in the first Universal Soldier. It would be nice to see a scale rig of this built, or even better, a puller! Speaking of pullers, the engine-series that I was looking for in my Pullers Thread was the 12v71 and smaller engines. Check out the 12v71 on youtube http://youtube.com/watch?v=DbgQz0ahYdA. Nice....thanks for the info. It would be a bitch in Iraq without the AC. Gotta hand it to the guys over there....they put up with some nasty shit. |
