I feel the same way about Tim Sylvia aka "All I do is man hug my opponents and look for a decision because I can't ever finish a fight". | you must be one of them, MMA Full Contact couch fighters huh?
Chuck Liddell as well as Tim Silvia have Skills unmatched in the real world.Understand that everyone has attributes and faults in the world of MMA, it's also known as the win/loss record. Fighters far too often go into slumps or loss streaks. This is what it takes to be a true champion, you gotta know how to lose in order to stay on top.Take Rich Franklin, a well respected no loss champion till he met Anderson Silva.he's on a losing streak now, if he doesnt quit he'll be back on top. In the world of MMA if you lose, you end up learning the style you lost to. BTW Chuck's style is heavily influenced by Kempo Karate or Streetfighting if you will, thats why it looks so unorthodox.but let me tell you his punch combinations are dangerous, if he catches you with one........the next 5 or 6 are gonna hurt. he punches hard. |
