I'm curious how the drive shafts are holding up...

These are the diff gears you used right? That would be all I needed to unlock the diff?

Sorry for my late reply,
@ DISTURBIN' tha PEACE: yep those are the diff gears!

I unlocked both diffs, but when I need it I can always lock the back ;)

I ran it pretty few times now, the driveshafts are holding up very well no hard wear or twist. The Nosram esc is a nice esc for the money. I don't bother no setup it works very good, brakes are ok, the bec is ok but not really high.
