Maybe I'm a bit too grunge, but my favorite drummer? Dave Grohl. Personally, he's my favorite all-around musician/singer/songwriter.

Neil Peart, Geddy Lee, and Alex Lifeson are one of the best bands created with pure talent. I will say Geddy's voice is a "Love It or Hate It" thing, but the lyrics are well written even if you hate his voice. I'll go out on a limb and say I believe Neil Peart is better than Buddy Rich. Dave Grohl is by far a better guitar player than drummer. I think anyone can drum the Nirvana type drums. | |

| One of the few drummers that plays the double bass with some actual beats and rhythm and shit, not just filler. Danny Carey is another. Their top tier stuff, up there almost in the same category as Neil Peart. I can't place the first song but the second is Spaghetti Western. And therefore that means Rush, Tool, and Primus are the best bands ever. |
