| Here does this help!!
So here is how it is!! Every vehicle manufacturer has its lemons. I have had several Jeeps and some were junk some were great. But I have to say Jeep parts are cheaper than Rover parts. And Jeeps are simple mechanically speaking. Cars havnt been built well since the mid 80s in my opinion. Its hit or miss unless you have owned it since new. Flame on! Yup. On my moms Aztek you can't even get to the radiator cap with out pulling a brace off. Really the foreigners have been building some great cars, then the domestic car companies wonder why they are getting their ass kicked by Toyota, Honda, ect, ect. And if you go to replace a maintenance part on a domestic most likely you will need to dissemble half the car. They don't build 'em like they used to. And for land rover parts being expensive, they are very expensive. | |

| I worked in the fab area making 110 sliders, 109 sliders, and Defender bumpers. I just observed what vehicles were coming and going |

| In the US, that's definately true. But in Britain, Africa, parts of Asia, and parts of Australia, the tables are turned. Come to think of it, I don't think I've seen a Jeep other than a Cherokee on British roads...
