Warhawk for PS3 will not work?

I am having troubles , it will not load after installing update it just goes to a loading screen then screen goes black and nothing happens. I have already returned 1 disc for this [problem and the new one is doing the same thing . I can go on line with motor storm so my server is good any help would be appreciated !!
