By Paypals rules, you must be 18 to have an account.

I know of no way to open one with a savings account, as currently I believe they require a checking account AND a credit or Debit card.

I know others have "worked around" the 18 rule, but I have no idea how.

?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????

who said anything about charging? a checking account has nothing to do with a credit card.

maybe you need to learn about banking system before you go any further

Just add checking to your acount and ask for your direct deposit number/routing number. If you don't buy any checks its free.

Keep that number handy, employers can use it to directly deposit your paycheck into your acount.

EDIT: And tell us your Ebay username so we can avoid you.

wrong! p paypal is just another form of spending cash, you need to have the money either in your paypal account or in your checking account that you tie to the paypal account to buy stuff.

No, thats not how it works at all. Paypal basically allows you to use your credit card to pay for something like you would at a store, but instead you pay a person. If you link it to your credit card you can pay that off at the end of the month.

Damn, Rockwerks is fast

Oh alright, so if i get a checking account i can take money out and put it in my paypal account. Then directly link it to somone, that way it takes money directly out of my account, so their is no paying off at the end of the month.?
