Maybe it's just me, but I don't get it. So now to find out about Comps and GTG's in the area I have 3 places to look and get info??? Maybe it's just that time of the month for me, maybe I like to stir the pot or maybe it's confusing to more than just me.

I like it, but I see it getting really confusing in short order. Remember opinions are like ******* and I'll take the 1st spot on the list.

maybe each regional section should be used for the GTG's and leave the comps section for comps?
