What part of town are you in? Let me know and we can get together. I am planning on hitting PP after work a few days this week.

Post what time and I'll probably show up. Anyday works for me (except friday)

I saw some possible spots at PA 12 yesterday too.

Looks like it will most likely be Wed and Friday. It will depend on how my son's team does in his baseball tourney.

Definately will be are RR on Sunday!! RR is pretty easy to get to from the Spings, I just went up there for the first time yesterday. We will usually frequent PP on most weekends. I will be done with Baseball this week and will be hitting the rocks preping for Nationals alot in the next month.

We also have a great laid back Scale series if you have a scaler. We just got done and think we will start back up after Nationals. Just keep an eye out.

Alright, I'll be running at PA 28 tomorrow (wednesday 8/6) from 5pm till ~7pm (weather permitting).
I'll only have my scaler (cause thats my only rig at the moment) and I'm gonna do a trail run to see how far up the bluff I can go.

I'll post pics tomorrow night

Hey Joe,

Can you help the newbie out? I've been crawlin' a few times at PP (PA 9) and have looked at 13, but didn't notice 28. The area on the map looks close to 9? Is 28 also across from the dog park area? If the weather turns out decent my son and I will be there.

Thanks,

Todd

I'll try to find that area. If you see someone driving around in a green heep that looks lost, yell at him!

Tim - are you going to be able to make it?

It was nice meeting you Joe! Gavin and I had a great time (except for my crappy battery). Luckily the weather held out and we were able to stay there until about 7 pm. We look forward to hitting it again this Friday.

Later - Todd

It cracks me up when a 5 y/o can make a line/obstacle that dad can't!

I'd like to get him in to a 1/18th Losi crawler (if they turn out to be a great crawler) by next year... but first off dad needs a real rig.

Oh... and thanks Joe for letting us drive your scaler!

Todd

Looks like today will be a no go again!!! Was not able to get enough wrenchin done last night to get it back together. Hopefully I can get it done tonight and maybe get out on Sat afternoon. The fam is going to Waterworld on Sat. Hopefully we can get back in town with enough time to play. If not, comp day will be the test Wouldn't be the first time.

From the looks of things (and weather report) it will probably be raining most of the day. Hopefully I will make it up to Red Rocks this Sunday to check it out.

I picked up a new rig yesterday and my son and I will be heading over to PA 9 this morning to test it out. I'll post pics later.

Well, we were able to get in a few hours of crawlin' before the rain came, and all I can say is WOW! My son and I have been messing around with the Nylints for a few years and I thought it was time to upgrade, so I finally purchased an Axial yesterday. I just can't believe how good these things climb, and this is pretty much a stock Ax-10 (w/ Losi Rock Claws). I'm looking forward to hitting the park on a regular basis and meeting up with some of you. Here's a few pics of our new rig and my son showin' me how it's done!

Todd
