| Looking for a good place to crawl
I'm going on vacation to Ouray. Does anyone know of any good spots to crawl? I'm going to bring a 2.2 comp and 1.9 scaler.

As you head out of town towards Silverton, take a right at the box canyon falls. That road will lead to Yankee Boy Bayson. There is a lot of cool spots along the road. Also, on the left of the road is Imogeen Pass ( don't know if I spelled it right ) that leads into Telluride. A lot of rock spots on that road, but it is 4x4 only. You should be able to find more crawling than you have time for on those two roads.

| Probably not... Ouray is pretty small. The closest town that might have one is Montrose which is about 40 minutes away. I brought my crawler to Ouray over memorial day weekend. To be honest, we were so busy looking at the scenery and wheeling in the 1:1, I never got it out. Have fun! Ouray is one of the most scenic places in the state! |
