Had a great time today guys. Wish there could have been more of us up there, but none the less, I don't think it could have gotten any better. Scores as of event 2 1.9 event 2 There was no event 4 but we all came out with the same scores so for a tiebreaker I used who had the most scale deductions. 1.9 overall scores 2.2 event 2 2.2 overall scores Will post up pictures tomorrow. |

We also have started an unlimited tuber class. Rules are still being worked out, but as of right now we are trying to keep it as simple as possible. Tube chassis, Drive shafts, 2.2 sized wheels or smaller, at least 2 forward facing lights. There are really no scale deduction points, but would like to keep it in the spirit of scale. You will be able to run 4WS, Dig, winch, up to you really. Wheel base is unlimited as well. We ran this today just to see how much fun it would be and it is a complete kick in the ass! As far a courses go what we are thinking is one gated course, one timed course and one lapped course with eveyone running at the same time. Since there were only three of us there we were really unable to take many pictures, but here are a few before we got started. Sorry about the quality of these pictures, things happend quick with these and didn't take a look at the settings on the camera, so they are a little dark and blury. |

Updated the locations for the rest of the comps. Today talking with a few guys looks like there is interest in one more camping trip so it would need to be the next event. I'm thinking that we switch this one to Saturday instead of Sunday. I sure that we'll head up Friday night and possibly hang out until Sunday. Doing it on Saturday will give us a little more time to recover. |
