What classes are going to be run? Im all set for 1.9,2.2 and stockers if they are being run!
wont be able to do a camping trip but could stop up for the better portion of the day.

What class would I be in if I've got a 2.2 rig with a 17" wheelbase and 11" track width? The body is listed as 1:6th scale but it's more like 1:7.5...

Would I be in my own class, or run with the 2.2s?

We will be running the 1.9 and 2.2, if there are at least 3 rigs for other classes we can run those too. No one though has had a stocker (dizzy hamster) yet. I think you might be the only one that has one. Last comp though we did have enough for a 2.2 unlimited tuber class. (think 4ws, dig, winch all or none) This class is basically your rock racer with a very few rules. Only thing that we really require is tube chassis, drive shafts, and some sort of lights. It was one of the funnest classes we had last comp. Imagine three guys one course at the same time! If we have enough again we'll do it a little different and have a gated course, hill/climb or time trial and a free for all style course that everyone runs at the same time.
The camping part is not required. I'm thinking that it'll get started around 9:00-9:30 to let anyone interested get there that does not want to come up the night before.

Class is not determined by size of the body, but the size of the wheels. If you have 2.2 wheels on your rig, you would be in the 2.2 class regardless the wheel base.

That would be my guess. I may also camp, I'm undecided at the moment.

Too bad you can't make it, your woods will be fine and i know the cold is a none for a couple of us. I've slept in a tent much colder the 30* before when hunting. Thanks for the heads up though!

That sucks! I understand though, I need to do the same thing here in the near future. If you can maybe come up for Friday night and hang out part of the day Saturday, still leaving some time to do the "honey do list"

I was hoping that you were going to say it was for a winch. Thought maybe you made some sort of rescue recovery rig and needed it for something along those lines.

Ahh, who am I kidding, I would be shocked if you just came to a scale event let alone had a rig that you were going to run with us.

I know that your messing we me, just wanted to see what far fetched way you were going to use two trannies. Maybe one of these days you'll come out, we really do have a lot of fun.
