Hey guys this is something that I have wanted to do for a while now and with all the excitement in the scaler class I figured it was time.. This is an elite bunch of guys that are willing to put there rigs through the toughest snow bashing, river running and mug bogging colorado has to offer during the winter. As of right now this is just a fun get together with no rules except to have fun an take terns breaking new trails.. Of course there will be a need to be water proof or water resistant at the least; Chains are allways a big help when it comes to the snow bashing part and a winch is allways a must.. There is no size limit either, bring what you have(2.2 or 1.9) With that being said I think a few of us will be hitting the Westin hotel on 104th an Church Ranch BLVD in Westminster for some snow bashing in the drainage creek on the north side Saturday or Sunday depending on the interest. Post up what you guys think or idea's you might have. This is short notice but with the snow on the ground we need to take advantage of it before it melts Here's a teaser video of Bender and I from a few years ago. I'd love to Sparky, but this weekend is full of family get togethers for us. :-( Sounds like a blast, I'd love to be there. |

I knew with this snow that there would be a good chance for this. I would love to make it, but I will be out of town for the weekend. Hopefully there will be some snow left for next weekend. Water Proofing your electronics |

Game on!! You might have a hard time keeping up with my 2.2 though! So no separate classes? |

Radio Shack has Project boxes in all different sizes that work well for keeping your battery, receiver an esc dry, other then that I would'nt worry about your servos and motor. Quote:

That would be awsome Jeff, allthough it would be cool if you have your rig running too | |||

Sounds like a lot of fun, but my new rig is in development stages still, if I get the axles soon I should be able to slap it together real quick. Sounds like a blast Sparky. |
