Last time I saw him he was driving a 4x4 white Ranger, that the 4x4 did not work!

Had to have been him. I just saw the rcc sticker in the window and started following him for about 10 miles in the fast lane untill he got over then i just paced him side by side for a few miles while his old lady was checking me out.

Funny, I saw Slowyota on I-25 a few weeks ago... have seen a few RCC "tags" around town too... I saw a No habla sticker at a gas station a week ago!!
