The next RCH comp is this Friday, 11-4-11.

6:00pm start time, no problem if you show up a little late.

Bruno asked me to let everyone know that this will be the last comp at RCH. He is closing the store in order to pursue his studies as an engineer.

Instead of the usual gift cards, all of the entry money will go towards prizes that will be raffled. For those that have gift cards, let Bruno know what you want and he will order it. The store will shut down on 11-30-11, so you still have time.

I hope everyone can come out and say goodbye to Bruno and one of our longest running indoor spots. Many good memories and few that will require professional help to forget.

Hey there crawlorado. This is not the last comp at RCH.

We are going to have one last final comp on 11/11/11 just to say good-bye to a great friend, business owner, local hobby shop and a great place to crawl. :( The same rules as far as winnings will be the same as tonight. Hope everyone can make it to the last 2 comps ever at RC HOBBIES in Aurora. See you all there.

Thanks to everyone that made it to the semi-last comp in the RCH Friday night series. As Darren posted, he will be coordinating one more comp next Friday.

Since this was the last in the series, I wanted to thank a few folks:

Bruno for dedicating part of his store to a giant pile of rocks and staying open late every other Friday to let us comp.

Neal for starting the series and setting the tone for a laid-back, fun comp.

James, Wes, Adam, and Darren for helping out and judging almost every comp.

Everyone else that has helped judge and move rock (way too many to list, which is a good thing).

The wife for baking cookies for every comp.

Everyone that showed up, comped, and made it a great way to spend a Friday night.

The Crawl Space for starting up their own Friday night comps now that RCH is closing.
