Springer,NM Crawl Event August

Hey guys I was contacted by the Chief of police in Springer NM which is up in the NE part of the state about there annual county fair. They want to make one of the man events for the day an rc race and crawl event. I have full access to county land, equipment, and natural material( rock and dirt), even some money to make this happen!!!!! they will provide county workers to do all the labor also!!!! they expect 10,000 people to show for the days events!!!!! Im leaving this up to you guys if you wanna support as a club. It will take some time and funds for me and the county to make this happen but i think it will make for a hell of a fun weekend getaway!!!!!! We are just trying to get an idea if we can get guys to come from OK, CO, and TX!!

We as a shop would be possibly interested in the event if we're allow to set up a tent or booth for the crawling aspect. Don't need to sell anything persay just help promote the hobby. We have demo rigs for the public to try
