| colorado springs weekly comps/trail runs?
I am just finishing up my crawler and I wanted to see how many people would be interested in weekly events or trail runs at palmer park in colorado springs. I'd be up for trail runs or if there's enough interest I'd help organize comps. I was thinking one night a week would be fun, what nights work for you? |

Slickrock450, Rathgar and I have been talking about doing this for a while now. I would love to do it. Currently with my son's baseball schedule, I am only available on Sat afternoons and Sundays. After Aug 9th, I am down for anytime after 5pm weekdays and the weekend anytime. The main issue with PP is we can't have an "official comp" there without the parks dept approval. Nothing against GTG's though. |

well, we can have unofficial comps right? I'd be down for anytime (weekdays after 5pm, weekends) maybe we could plan a sunday evening coming up soon (say 7pm to dusk (8:30-9)?) say July 13th?

I could be up for it. I am getting home from camping on Sunday so it should work out. I'll check back to get more details. |

As long as we don't have score sheets and all that Jazz, we should be good. We just don't want to piss off the parks people and we lose PP as an option. I would be down for anytime this Sunday, I would probably start earlier than 7pm. I am down for what ever. I have been looking at PL 28 on the backside of PP, looks to have alot of potential. Lots of Parking and rocks everywhere!

The spot referenced in the crawling atlas is here: wherever you guys want to meet is fine with me. I know on the austin bluffs side there is some pretty steep stuff as well Last edited by engineerjoe; 07-10-2008 at 10:21 AM. |

We usually have comps at PL 9. I have crawled all over from PL9 - PL15, I was just looking for something different. I came across 28 during the winter and it was covered in snow, been dying to go try it out ever since.

I am fine with where ever, I might have been to 28 before but I'm not sure. should we all meet somewhere and then decide where to go from there? Last edited by cr250mxer; 07-10-2008 at 10:19 AM. |

I won't be there any earlier than 3:30, my son has practice. I will be there shortly thereafter, let me know where you guys are going and if you will be there around that time.

You guys make it to PP yesterday? THNCS - I swear I will make it soon! We just moved to a house and I haven't even seen my crawler. But, that is ok as I am still out a charger. I really do have a crawler, lol. |

Yes WE made it!!! I still think this "crawler" you talk about is just a figment of your imagination, you find pictures of others rig and post as your own. |

Seriously though with the new house and all I am basically in servant mode for the wife lately. I have never done so much work that has not benefited me, lol. BUt she is happy. Soon it will come to fruition. Soon.......
