Great idea, Martin!

I'm sitting here, designing a front lower link + servo mount for a MadForce and SolidWorks is turning me stark raving crazy!!! Mocked up the mount with 1mm plastic sheet - Nice and easy to cut, work, mark-up. Now I've figured out what I want, I thought I'll draw it up properly before I cut metal. So far it's taken longer to draw a radius and three holes than it took to put the plastic mock-up together, and that took 3 attempts!!! Grrrr!

I'm quite handy and fairly technically adept but just don't have the tools. would love some tips on how to make the best of what you've got useful tools and materials and where to get work done economically.

One vote in favour from the UK judges!

Cheers!

Rtz

There's an area like that already... its called Tools and Procedures...

between that section, and the truck-specific sections( axial, clod, etc)... you should be able to just about see what ever you want... With a little searching of course...
