Angry montana scale design problems

Has anyone had any problems with montana scale design? I ordered some parts from them in which my credit card was charged, 2 months and a grip of emails later, NO PRODUCTS, NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS, NOTHING. So needless to say I'm really pissed.Anyone have any answers to this one, or a number I can call since Ben doesnt want to contact me. Want to handle this rationally before I go through the process of reporting scale design for fraud, money is money anyway you look at it and it is not for free, not at my expense. I'm sure as hell not going to pay for his next toy.
