| Require state to be in comp listing.
You should be required to list your state in the title of your comp listing. I like to look for comps within a couple states driving distance, and having the state listed in the thread title would make it alot easier. I've seen this done in "for sale" sections of other boards with much success. -Brian |

there is a state section now, allot of clubs post their comp info there.
