Adobe Flash Player is not supported for playback in a 64-bit browser. However, you can run Flash Player in a 32-bit browser running on a 64-bit operating system.
Reason

Adobe is working on Flash Player support for 64-bit platforms as part of our ongoing commitment to the cross-platform compatibility of Flash Player. We expect to provide native support for 64-bit platforms in an upcoming release of Flash Player following Flash Player 10.
Solution

To use Flash Player to view Flash content on a 64-bit operating system, you must run a 32-bit browser.

What does this mean?

That means that you are probably running windows Vista 64 bit. If so, from what that says, you cant run flash player unless you are running a 32 bit browser.

I dont know much about the 64 and 32 bit deal, except that 64 bit sucks because a lot of programs wont install on it.

Left click on start, then go to "computer" and right click. Then go to properties. You should see where it will say 32 or 64 bit.

What browser are you using? I am running Vista 64 and have no problems w/ flash player. I am using Firefox as my browser.
