For sale section for newbs

I paid the 20 bucks for the little green star, posted 20 posts, and it's been 30 days since I joined. But I still can't reply in the For Sale section. I've tried to contact 2 different moderators, but got no reply.

Help?

Doh! Thanks. I've tried to read up so that I won't ask dumb questions like that. Missed that one.

The "you aren't allowed to access this page" is what threw me off.
