need help posting vimeo and youtube vids
 

I would like to be able to actually make the videos show on the screen, not just the link. Could someone tell me what the code is for showing vimeo and youtube videos on this forum?

You are only allowed to embed videos in certain sections of RCC... of course the videos sections, Chit-Chat, this section(comments/suggestions) and maybe others but those(video and chit-chat for sure)..

On Vimeo, YouTube, flickr, and other media related sites use the "embed" code to embed onto RCC. Just copy and paste the embed code into your post. It's really simple.

What's funny is that 90% of users don't embed, either because they can't figure it out or that they are lazy. It's super ease to do. Although some forums don't allow html codes to be used....so on some of those sites all you have to do is post the url link into the post and the video will appear, yet these can be picky depending on how the site admins setup the forum.
