Because each and every one must be approved by a moderator of that forum....yes, there are only two. They review each ad to make sure it is compliant with the rules...

I kinda hate it does take so long but at the same time I like when a new bunch of ads get posted rather than a thread here and there trickling in through out the day. But it is totally understandable why it takes the time it takes.
